At The Crochet Club, all pieces are handmade to order, meaning each item is created specifically for you after your purchase is placed.
1. PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
All orders require a production time of 2–4 weeks before shipping.
- Production begins once your order is placed
- We do not hold ready-made stock
- During busy periods or drops, production may take slightly longer
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. SHIPPING TIMES
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
United Kingdom (Royal Mail):
- 1–3 working days
International Shipping:
- Europe: 3–7 working days
- Rest of World: 5–10 working days
Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.
3. SHIPPING PROVIDER
We ship all orders using Royal Mail or a similar reliable courier.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
5. DELAYS
As all items are handmade, delays may occasionally occur.
We are not responsible for:
- Courier delays
- Customs processing delays
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
6. CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges are:
- Determined by your local customs authority
- The responsibility of the customer
We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred during delivery.
7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen deliveries
- Delays caused by the courier
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the courier directly.
8. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
