How long does it take to make my order?
All pieces are made to order, meaning production begins once your purchase has been placed. We do not hold ready-made stock.
Please allow 1-3 weeks for your item to be handmade before shipping. Each piece is carefully crafted, with quality prioritised over speed.
How long does shipping take?
We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked.
- UK: 1–3 working days
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- International: 7–14 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the courier.
When will my order arrive?
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
This means your order may take approximately 1-3 weeks + delivery time depending on your location.
Do you restock items?
Some pieces may return, but most drops are limited. Once something sells out, it may not come back in the same colour or design.
What size should I choose?
Our pieces are designed for a snug fit and have minimal stretch. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Please refer to our Size Guide for exact measurements.
Are your pieces stretchy?
Our items are made with cotton and acrylic yarn, meaning they have limited stretch and are designed to fit closely to the body.
Can I request custom sizes or colours?
We may offer custom pieces occasionally. For enquiries, please contact us via email or Instagram.
Do you accept returns, exchanges, or refunds?
As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item is faulty.
Each piece is individually handmade after purchase and requires several hours of work, meaning it cannot be resold. Please ensure you select the correct size before placing your order.
How should I care for my item?
Care instructions are included in the product description and will also be provided with your order. We recommend hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry to maintain the shape and quality of your piece.
